 1/2 Black Angus Steer available for processing Registered Black Angus Bull that we elected to make into a steer Would sell entire 1/2, or would sell 1/4 with buyer getting choice of cuts Live Hoof weight - early February: 1050 lb Estimated Hoof Weight when delivered to processor: 1100 - 1200 lb Estimated Hanging weight (meat that can be processed): 500 - 600 lb (1/2 would be 1/2 this number) Meat Price: $3.50 lb  for 1/2 (hanging weight times $3.50),  $4.00 lb for 1/4 Processing costs: approx. $1.10/hanging weight lb.(Vacuum sealed) Processing Date: March 02, 2021 Ready Date: Approximately 3rd - 4th week March Transportation costs: $100  I will deliver steer to processor and pickup/deliver meat in local Dallas/Ft.
